DESCRIPTION
Gamification of warehouse work through Bluetooth zones. Workers carry phones, BLE beacons across the warehouse log their movements in the background. When they open the app on break, they see what happened: battles with colleagues, XP earned, loot chests found. No synchronization. No distraction from work. Everything is asynchronous.
Zones. Trash zone = PvP arena. Kitchen = Bank/Tavern (HP restore). Shelves = Dungeon (hourly loot chance). Loading dock = Portal (driver bonuses). Office = Guild HQ (shift start/end).
Guilds. Match real roles. Loaders = Warriors. Forklift drivers = Paladins. Stockkeepers = Mages. Managers = Merchants. Weekly guild competition — winning guild gets real rewards (pizza, early leave, shift choice).
Tech. BLE iBeacon, Android app with foreground service, Python/FastAPI server, SQLite, events calculated hourly. Participation voluntary.
MVP plan. 1 beacon, 1 zone, 5 players, 2-week test. Beacons already purchased. B2B SaaS model: ~$50–200/month per warehouse site.
